L'activité chez The Wine Compass s'est déroulée à merveille ! Pauline a été de très bons conseils, à l'écoute et passionnée, ce qui a rendu l'expérience encore plus agréable. Tout était parfaitement organisé, et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Nous recommandons sans hésiter cette activité et reviendrons sûrement pour tester une autre formule !

I recently had the pleasure of attending their atelier de dégustation that gave us a great introduction to wine tasting. The atmosphere was great, and the setting is really fantastic. The selection of wines was nothing short of spectacular. The sommelier's insights were both enlightening and engaging, giving us great explanations on the nuances of flavor and aroma. What set this atelier apart was the perfect balance between education and sensory delight. The discussion flowed naturally with the wine tasting. In total, we got to taste 6 different wines from the region (3 whites and 3 reds), and the selection of wines in the boutique is also great if you want to bring back a few bottles! Whether you're a seasoned connoisseur or a curious newcomer, this experience is an absolute must for anyone looking to deepen their appreciation of wine.

We learned so much about wine and burgundy terroire. Matthieu is a superbe host and teacher, he is passionate and share it. I recommend and will do it again when we are back in Dijon!

Matthieu was very kind and personable. We learned more from him than we usually do in wine tastings about how to taste wines and distinguish the various notes. The wines he chose were very good and affordable.

Matthieu is a real passionate and happy to share his knowledge. Learning about wine, dynamic questions and answers, fun exercises to start, it really was an amazing experience! I strongly recommend it to people with no (or even some) knowledge about wine tasting. As my wife is vegetarian, they even offer an alternative to the food assortment. We will gladly come back for another tasting to put in practice what we learned and discover new wine, once again. Thank you Matthieu!

Quand la passion devient maître et quand le maître partage ... très bon moment sympathique, explications précises, échanges d’expériences, écoutes,… Un personnage a lui seul. Dégustations de très bon produits (merci à maman pour les gougères :-) )
