Marielle, an oenologist by profession and originally from the Champagne region, has been making Crémants de Loire and other Touraine wines using the Traditional Method with Chenin Blanc, the main grape variety in the appellation, since 2004 on this beautiful winery in the Azay-Le-Rideau region.
