Hello, my name is Frédéric Bourgoin. I describe myself as a terroir-based winemaker and alchemist on the run.

We very much enjoyed our tour with the owner of Bourgoin. He is full of energy and excitement for what he does. We learned several things and it was neat to hear their story and see their older equipment. We bought several bottles and recommend visiting them.

A l'occasion d'un beau "lundi au soleil", comme le dit la chanson, super visite de cave et dégustation avec un couple chaleureux, on dirait des amis plus que des commerçants. Nous validons l'expérience "pique-nique dans les vignes" qui donne un sentiment exceptionnel de sérénité, loin des bruits de la civilisation. A refaire, pourquoi pas, avec des amis ou de la famille.

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour and tasting at Bourgoin Cognac. The tour was very educational and our wonderful host, Rebecca, answered our many questions with flair and a clear and genuine love for the craft. Learning about the family's specific methodology was so interesting, and it was wonderful to see a smaller-scale, family-run operation. The cognacs, eau de vie, and pineau we tasted were all delicious and very unique. This tour was excellent value, and Rebecca's warmth made it a real joy. Needless to say, we bought a couple of souvenirs to take home with us!
