Caves Ackerman

La guide était très gentille et souriante. Le lieu troglodyte et les expositions étaient superbes, c'est magnifique. C'était très intéressant, on peut que recommander.

Une superbe visite, guide au top , ? Pour 1 premier jour y'a rien à dire ?. Et la dégustation top. Merci encore pour cette superbe matinée.

Nous avons pris une visite libre, au mois de janvier nous étions totalement seuls lors de la visite. L'accueil a été chaleureux et la degustation expliquée avec un grand professionnalisme. Justine est semble être passionnée par son domaine. Merci pour cette experience

Nous sommes très contents de cette visite des caves Ackerman où nous avons pu déguster aussi bien de bons crus que de délicieux chocolats. La visite était bien expliquée et intéressante. Les produits ainsi que les différentes animations proposées, étaient de qualité et originaux. C' est une visite à refaire l ' année prochaine et à conseiller ?

Le cave sono bellissime e le installazioni contemporanee molto suggestive. Purtroppo non fanno spedizioni dei loro prodotti nonostante sia una cantina ben organizzata.

We have very disappointed from our visit. To travel especially 65 Km from Tours.and were feeling that we wasting our time. 1)The self tour was not enough informative .by send you through the tunnel. People wandering there like lost their direction .we felt that the guide want to get rides of you..instead to organize a group and going with them.it’s big mistake of the winery 2) tasting of wines-the guide have many other business for we were not alone.and give you the first wine ,and was busy in other activities.like giving tasting wines to separate visitors,and also selling ,and we have to wait ,It’s also a difficult to get information by hurry explaining ,without some written information. 3) I was denied to take a second testing ,for I wasn’t sure if the wine before ,was the best.,and the answer was: it’s possible to test only wine,also my wife stopped to taste wines after 3 samples., instead of 6 wines.and guide ,didn’t care and didn’t activate judgement. Also the wine weren’t precious 3) we were given the chipped wine to taste,,and most of them were not good to our taste .so we didn’t buy a bottle for it’s not justified.,you can find these cheapest wine in the grocery.We remind the owner .that we came for winery and not to a grocery .,so we can sVe our wasted time and can go to another serious winery.(65 km especially) We think that the winery must change the whole system.arrange groups that gate the tour .and testing wine in a group, and not separately.We understand that the winery want to save their time and selling wine. I suggest that the company that register this winery in their list ,have to think if it justifies .
