Château Lanessan

We had a lovely time at Château Lanessan. It was interesting to hear about the history of not only the chateau but also of the wine industry in the region. There was a good balance between information about the estate and about the wine making. The guide made a brilliant effort to include our son and make the tour engaging for him as well as us. As well as the tour I purchased a bottle of wine, following the tasting, which I thoroughly enjoyed.

Autant l'accueil que la visite, c'était excellent. Passionnantes et originales, les visites du musée des attelages et de la propriété étaient superbes. Nous avons pu acheter du vin lors de notre passage !

The tour was very interesting and informative. We want to thank our guide who was very personable and knowledgeable !

The visit was very good. The guide had a good knowledge of Spanish and showed us the estate, the different grape varieties they use, the history of the winery and ended with a wine tasting paired with chocolates.

It was a very good tour which covered the historical workings of the Château, very enjoyable.

We had a really great day ! The tour around the estate was very detailed. We really enjoyed the history and tasting the grapes directly from the wine. We look forward to drinking a bottle when we are home to relive our holiday !
