Nestled in the picturesque village of Cramant, this small, family-run champagne producer offers an authentic experience.From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the family who owns and operates the house. Their passion for champagne-making has clearly been passed down through generations. This is not a large, commercial operation but a genuine family business where tradition and quality are paramount.The underground cellars are not just a place where champagne is stored; they are a testament to the art of champagne-making. Walking through the cool, dimly lit caves, surrounded by bottles slowly aging to perfection, we loved it.The champagne here iis really nice; moreover Blanc de Blancs. What truly stands out is the excellent price-quality ratio. It’s rare to find champagne of such high caliber at such reasonable prices. Whether you are a seasoned connoisseur or a casual enthusiast, you’ll find something to love.Lancelot Royer is a true hidden gem, offering an experience that is both personal and profoundly rooted in tradition. If you’re looking to escape the crowds and discover the authentic soul of Champagne, this is the place to visit. What a super small champagne company. A real insite in to a real family business. Our host Edward from the family a real expert, and talked about how the whole process worked. Really should have bought more bottles! I recomend this tour

Sympathique échange sur la vinification et jolie cave creusée dans la craie

Maison un peu plus petit, mais c'était un grand avantage. Notre guide nous a montré les vignobles, la cave et a expliqué le processus la da production en grande détail. Il était également très agréable et a répondu à toutes nos questions. La dégustation était aussi très détaillée, avec assez d'explications et même un peu d'humour. Nous le recommandons vivement.

It's a bit fast-paced, but very enjoyable. The tour is more educational/informative than leisurely and touristy. Thank you for the tasting, very nice place.
