단돈 15유로에 알자스의 다양한 품종과 각기 다른 방식으로 설계된 와인을 맛볼 수 있었습니다. 설명도 너무 깔끔했고 영어로 소통하는 데에 어려움이 없어서 더욱 좋았습니다. 도멘이 소유한 테루아에 대해 자세히 배울 수 있었고 noble rot과 late harvest 기법에 대해서도 배울 수 있는 좋은 기회였습니다. 좋은 와인을 사갈 수 있어서 너무 행복하고, 감사하다고 전하고 싶습니다. 한국으로 와인이 배송되는지 궁금한데, 혹시 이 글을 보신다면 instagram sangho.e로 답을 기다리고 있겠습니다!

Great tasting that talks you through the Hugel wines. We tried a normal riesling against a grand cru, which was really cool. The winery is in the centre of town, so very convenient. The guide really brought it to life with his information, thanks for an excellent tasting :-)

We were given an extensive tasting by our host who was very enthusiastic and happy to talk us through their various vineyards, terroirs and projects. We got to try a wide variety of their portfolio including the very interesting Gewürztraminer orange wine, the ultra rare Riesling Selection Grain Nobles (they only make 800 bottles) and the incredible Schoelhammer Riesling. A very exciting tasting. We made some purchases and if I had a larger suitcase would have bought even more!

We had a wonderful time tasting the Hugel wines. Our sommelier was very knowledgeable and we left with a few bottles! Très bien.

Ons bezoek aan famille Hugel was een heerlijke start van de dag. Voor mij wat het herinnering nieuw levering inblazen. De man die ons geholpen heeft deed het perfect! goed verhaal, mooie proeverij en top service. De wijnen zijn heerlijk maar dat wisten we natuurlijk al. Kortom aanrader!!

Nous avons débuté notre voyage à la découverte du vignoble alsacien ici et nous ne le regrettons pas ! Nous nous souviendrons longtemps de cette fin de matinée passée avec Loïc, qui est un hôte passionnant, nous avons vécu une dégustation hyper agréable et surtout très instructive ! Nous reviendrons !
