Whilst I had tasted a couple of Henri Giraud wines before my daughter and her boyfriend hadn't. And we were given an excellent visit to the winery and explanation of some of the innovations that have been pursued here along with the underlying philosophy and the tools used by the team. The tasting was excellent, we enjoyed all the wines very much and bought some examples to share with other members of the family

La visite en compagnie de Julien fut très instructive . La dégustation nous a permis de découvrir un très très bon champagne d'exception. En revanche annoncer que chaque vin sera accompagné d'une bouchée est un peu abusif. Nous avons goûté 4 vins accompagnés pour le premier de 3 dés de comté et le dernier d'un petit chocolat.

Une excellente visite dégustation à Aÿ! L'accueil est professionnel mais convivial! On sent que l'on est dans une prestigieuse maison. La dégustation est fabuleuse, tout comme les accompagnements.
