Nous avons recu les informations necessaires et utiles en Anglais et Francais. La dame a pu repondre a toutes les questions, meme des fois avec un petit sourire sur les levres. La degustation des deux vins produits etait tres informative. Je peux recommander cette degustation. Le vin du chateau me plait beaucoup avec son bouquet et sa finesse.

Our guide Melissa Avril gave us a wide ranging look at processes used to produce Cru Classe. She had strong knowledge of the terroir, fruit selection and how it influences quality. Sous la conduite de notre hôtesse, accueillante et connaissant parfaitement son domaine, la présentation du château, des vignes et du chai a laissé place à la découverte d'une belle salle de réception pour la phase de dégustation. Les explications de notre hôtesse nous ont accompagnés dans la découverte du mélange des saveurs entre trois vins et six chocolats. Belles combinaisons de flaveurs. Expérience à renouveler avec une bouteille du château de Camensac et les gourmandises du chocolatier Jordan Bac.
