It was at the foot of the Hermitage, in 1946, that our story began, driven by Jean Ferraton's passion for the vine and today by that of Michel, his son, for the Northern Rhône terroirs.

Thank you, Jerome, for an informative tour of the wine cellar and for a relaxed and fun tasting session! All wines were very good and some were excellent. Jerome was an excellent host answering all our questions and explaining the characters of the different wines in an engaging manner. Great afternoon.

We had a wonderful time at Ferraton. Our host was very friendly, gave us an informative tour and conducted the tasting in a friendly and informative manner. We tasted more wines than we expected to taste and they were all excellent and different from each other. I highly recommend visiting.

Fabulous wine tasting of most of the key regions in northern Rhone

Jerome was our guide and gave a thorough tour of the winery. He answered all our questions with thoroughness. We tasted five whites and six reds. I love Rhone whites but didn’t realize they were only grown in a few areas. The Syrahs were a joy. Syrah is my favorite red and it was worth the wait to taste great Rhone Syrahs.
