Champagne Cuillier-Desloovere

Debut par une visite des entrepôts avec des explications sur la fabrication et mise en bouteille du champagne, suivi par une dégustation de plusieurs champagnes. Personnel très agréable et accueillant. Je recommande vivement !

While it was a pleasure leaning about the history of this house and their philosophy, the true joy of this experience was spending so much time with Vincent Cuillier--tasting, blending, learning about each of the three grapes--Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay. Their taste profile, acidity, freshness. And then spending time choosing various blends to make our own "cuvees" based on our tastes and intention for serving. I have participated in many informative workshops and tours in this industry, but this was exceptional. To spend so much time with the master to discover more about the process. It was so worth it. Wholeheartedly recommend it. And, the champagnes from both Vincent and Emeline are exceptional.
