About the winery

Château Gombaude Guillot is a family vineyard, owned by the same family since the end of the 19ᵉ century. It is a small estate of just 3.9 hectares where respect for nature and the environment are paramount. Our winery has been run organically since the 1980s, officially certified since 1998 and biodynamically certified since 2006.

Memorable visit !

We did 18 chateau in our French trip. Gombaude Guillot was by far the most memorable for us ! It is great to see a traditional wine still being made. I highly recommend a visit to Gombaude Guillot !

The experience was great ! Our guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. We tasted 4 different wines and loved all. The field has beautiful views also

Remy has the patience to explain in English or French all the exquisite plans of this fresh-minded Pomerol winery, which, IMHO, have the best wines for tasting in the area. Despite they don’t like it, Vivino has already recognized them. So, go for it quickly until they still have 2015 available….

It was a really good visit. A good detailed personal chat with a freelancer who works closely with the owner, which is what we would expect for that size Château. It was the equal-most personal visit of our time in Bordeaux

It was a very relaxed atmosphere. Tour was more than just a conversation about the winery and the philosophy of the brand than a formal tour. Tasting was informative. We ended up purchasing a couple cases of wine there.

It was very interesting, we tried excellent wines. We enjoyed the fact that it is a small vineyard that is very different to the huge estates one can visit. The host, Remy, was very good too.

Une magnifique visite, notre guide a pris le temps de tout nous expliquer sur la manière dont fonctionne Gombaude-Guillot. Une approche spéciale avec la biodynamie qui est très intéressante à découvrir. La dégustation était parfaite avec 4 vins dont 3 millésimes qui étaient vraiment magnifiques à découvrir. Allez-y les yeux fermés vous ne serez pas déçus !
