We booked at lunchtime for 5pm on Tuesday and had an unexpectedly delightful time. Our hostess was knowledgeable, kind & patient so with each wine we learned about the specifics of the terroir of each parcel & grape, and how the slope incline & level of sunshine affect the wine taste & texture. We were left to taste, savour & discuss each wine with enough time to Google aspects where necessary. A light touch tasting, casual yet somehow refined. Thoroughly recommend!
