Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en Bourgogne avec ma femme. Nous étions seulement deux avec le guide, ce qui a rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable. Nous avons pu poser toutes nos questions, et il a pris le temps d’expliquer aussi bien le domaine que les particularités de la Côte de Beaune et de la Côte de Nuits. L’accueil était chaleureux et attentionné. Une très belle découverte !

Belle cave et bonne dégustation

Nous avons été charmé par le village et la beauté de la cave, et nous avons découverts de bons vins. Cependant, malgré la disponibilité et le bon accueil nous avons été légèrement déçue par la visite. Nous aurions pensé au vu du prix avoir la possibilité de visiter les vignes, ou en savoir plus sur la confection du vin (des vignes à la mise en bouteille). Ne serait-il pas intéressant sinon de penser à faire une sorte d'escape game en passant d'une cave à une autre et où la finalité serait la salle de dégustation où les vins à déguster seraient accompagnés d'un plateau de charcuterie et fromage.

Le jeune homme qui s'est occupé de nous a été très clair, très patient car énormément de question, et je n'ai pas eu l'impression d'être pressé par le temps. Il est passionné et attentionné, je ne peux que recommander cette cave pour une dégustation et une visite du chai. Il aurait été encore mieux de pouvoir voir chaque étape de production et les machines utilisées. Mais cela reste un très bon et agréable moment.

It was a wonderful experience, with a truly comprehensive tour the likes of which you don't really see anymore, and wines that illustrate the winemaker's work through their quality.
