Located in Aÿ, a 100% Grand Cru village in the heart of the Champagne region and close to Epernay, our family has been growing vines and making wine for several generations. We work in harmony with nature to give birth to champagnes of terroir, full of aromas. The poppy symbolizes this commitment.

Lovely tour and champagne

We were taken around by Clementine who was very knowledgeable and, despite this not being our first visit to Champagne, we learned a lot. The champagne was delicious and we had to buy some!

We had a great time at Dauby. Our guide was knowledgeable and attentive, and the tour was extensive. We even got to see the workers handling the press and try the wine juice. The champagnes were great too !! I

Nous avons été bien accueillis et la visite était très intéressante.Et quel plaisir de faire la dégustation dans la cour pour profiter du soleil !Une très belle découverte des cuvées.

Nous avons choisi de réaliser notre unique visite de cave chez Dauby pour l'intitulé " de mère en fille" et pour leur savoir faire et leur maîtrise de l'intégralité de la chaîne de fabrication de leurs champagnes. Nous avons passé un incroyable moment ! Ce fût extrêmement enrichissant au niveau de l'histoire du champagne et de cette maison de vignerons récoltant et manipulant. Nous avons pris un grand plaisir à échanger avec Clémentine qui nous a partagé toutes ses connaissances et sa passion. Nous sommes restés un peu plus d'1h30 sur place. En tant que non initié, nous avons apprécié les champagnes déguster et avons appréhender les différences d'arômes entre chaque champagnes. C'est désormais jeunes initiés que nous vous recommandons fortement de réaliser la visite de cette maison. Nous remercions beaucoup Clémentine pour ce moment partagé.

Very good, the lady was very welcoming, pleasant and gave us very clear explanations throughout the visit. The wine tasting was also very well organized with good explanations and the wines were really appreciated.

Super visite, la personne qui faisait la visite était une jeune fille, elle a été super claire et super sympa, les vins étaient très bons aussi. Nous avons acheté plusieurs bouteilles.
