We had the best experience yesterday at G.H. Martel, we took the wrong train from Champagne-Ardenne station, so we got 15 minutes late to our tour, and here is when the good experience began, we were welcomed by Eliza, she told us that unfortunately, we missed our tour, but we could participate in the tasting. She saw the sadness in my face (I was about to cry) and right away she started to look for solutions for us. She couldn't find another tour, obviously everything was fully booked, so we did the tasting, which we really enjoyed, and at the end of it she approached us offering us a tour at 4pm without cost. She didn't know the day before was my birthday, and that was my birthday present. I had been planning that for months. We came back at 4pm and we had the best tour ever. Eliza your kindness was the best birthday present ever!

Très bon accueil et une dégustation remarquable car le champagne et sa vinification sont très bien expliqué en revanche les caves même classées sont très très succinctes Je pense que je reviendrai prochainement pour ramener quelques bouteilles ?

Visite à faire dans cette maison de champagne familiale. Nous avons passé un bon moment. La visite des caves est intéressante et le guide était très sympathique. La dégustation en fonction de la formule choisie était très bien aussi. Je recommande cette visite si vous êtes de passage ou bien même rémois :)

Martel was a brilliant tour. It’s a champagne we had not tried before and it was a delight to look around a smaller less well known house and try some fabulous wines.

Accueil parfait Nous avons appris beaucoup de choses, c'est très intéressant... mais j'aurais voulu en voir plus... Belle dégustation dommage de devoir enchaîner les verres les uns derrière les autres...J'aurais préféré une degustation avant visite, une autre pendant la visite et la dernière à la fin... mais cela demande une autre organisation...Je recommande à 200% Nous avons passé un excellent moment en famille ! Prévoir 2h00 - pensez à prendre une petite laine pour la visite...???

We already had visited Mercier and Taitinger in the past, this one was ok for the cellar nothing extraordinary But the lady who made the visit made it more than satisfying Very knowledgeable, open and friendly So at the end we had a VERY good time at GH Martel On top of it we had the high level testing and the three champagne were excellent We strongly suggest to go with closed eyes
